Delete Your Black Cafe Account

If you can still open the Black Cafe mobile application, open your profile, choose Delete Account, and confirm with your current password. The account is then deactivated and removed from normal use in the app.

If you cannot access the app, use the form on this page. Enter the mobile number and password for your Black Cafe account so we can confirm it is yours, then confirm that you want the account deleted.

When your account is deleted, Black Cafe deactivates it and hides it from the app. You will no longer be able to sign in, and active login sessions will stop working. The following account information will no longer be accessible through Black Cafe:

• Your client profile
• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Profile image
• Authentication information, including the password used to sign in
• Active login sessions and authentication tokens
• Account preferences, such as preferred language, preferred branch, and favorites
• Other personal profile data that is no longer required for app access

Some transaction records may be retained where necessary for accounting, financial reconciliation, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or regulatory and tax requirements. Historical records can remain linked to the deleted account so order totals and payment history stay intact, while the account itself can no longer be used.

• Refund records
• Loyalty and campaign ledger history
• Financial and security audit records

Certain transaction records may be retained for the period required by applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
